Howdy y'all,

Just installed Litestep and finding my way around. Is there any support for .msstyles files? Or work arounds? Any assistance much appreciated. Finally found a nice theme, but windows classic dialogues are painfull.

msstyles are handled by the os, not the shell.

sure - but a particular style file worked previously - and now, it doesnt so i think Litestep (or the theme Im using - Studio28V3) is doing something devious and stopping it from working properly. Otherwise, any recommendations for skinning windows alone? Thanx

Use Windowblinds

rangy: did you snag something from WindowsUpdate?

not sure what u mean by 'snag'. I patched the uxtheme.dll file to use unsigned themes. Spent a while finding a nice one and since installing Litestep, it doesnt work. Not overly keen on Windowsblinds though.
