How do I change the webbrowser shortcut from Explorer to Opera, in the default LiteStep scheme taskbar?

Run Litestep\Utilities\EvarConfig.exe

By the way, that's just a GUI frontend to Litestep\Personal\Evar.rc. Just in case you were wondering how that thingy works. :)
