Almost all of the icons of systray are not there anymore. They show up in my other shells, but in LS they are not there. Even when I minimize programs (like leech ftp) to system tray they don't appear.
I don't know if it is related, but just before this problem, I closed most of my systray programs. I think it's related because now the only icons I see are those I didn't close.

Check and make sure you are not running TrayServ or TraySaver in your registry startup. These apps are installed by ObjectDesktop and can mess up the LS system tray.
