lsbox and tasks...weird transparency problem Thread last updated on 2004-04-06 00:53:30

i have managed to hook tasks to an lsbox so that the entire box functions as a group of icons i can move around on my desktop.

i noticed that even though the tasks dock properly to the box i made for them, transparent chunks are taken out of windows positioned in the top corner of my desktop when i click on the task icons, as if the tasks were not docked at all. i upgraded to b4 and still have the same problem.

if it helps, here's a screenshot: http://sdcc15.ucsd.edu/~addavis/fluvium/dump030804.jpg
i have the latest version of both lsbox and tasks...any idea what might be causing this??
thanks for your help!

Jugg is currently working on tasks 0.93b7
There's lot of improvements and the hooking stuff works right with skinbox (I don't use lsbox)
It could be a good idea to contact him to be able to test the last dll with lsbox (testers needed; I guess)

eh? Looks at my profile address. Its always been hotmail :P

To anyone else looking for an answer: Get the latest build of tasks (0.96 or >), and do not enable transparency in tasks.dll itself, but only in lsbox. (you can enable tasks transparency, but there is no real reason to afaik since lsbox will do the transparency for you.)
