System won't shutdown while running my theme
If you switch themes it shutsdown fine
If someone could help me figue this that would be great
I've tried moving modules up and down the list
I've tried commenting out modules, but I still
can't find it ( it's making me crazy )

It sure sounds like a module issue. Double and triplecheck all modules. Comment out all of them. Then add them back in one by one. If that still doesn't help create a new, blank theme.rc and copy over the settings from the old one line by line.

Fixed it, it was a LSMail setting

Changed from true (why I had it on true I con't remember)

LSMailAlwaysOnTop false
