With the help of fellow litesteppers I got this shortcut to work inside of lsbox 3 pre:

*Shortcut "Email" 13 30 email.bmp .none .none #7T !execute ["$email$"][]

however I cannot get this to work for some reason:

*Shortcut "Programs" X Y programs.bmp .none .none #7T !popup

I have tried using ...!execute [!popup] []... [!popup][] ... as well but no go either.

Am I missing something obvious? TIA.

was that an example or it actually sais

in the rc?

no, I just used that as an example. I haven't decided where to place the image at inside the box. Also it was not in the rc it was in the box file in case that matters.
