Hi - I've just downloaded LiteStep and a couple of themes and I'm liking it so far.

I have one query, some of the themes I have (Naunnarpoq for example) have funky titlebars for windows, but these don't affect the other windows I have (internet explorer, Run dialog...)

Are these meant to change too? They look a bit strange next to the cool updated ones.

OK, can I tell whether a given theme will reskin my windows? (I've just learnt that not all of them do...)

That's not a new question at all.

I think the only way to tell ahead of time is if the author mentions whether or not it includes a skin for that, and then it'll only work if you have the same program for skinning windows. If you don't have windowblinds or shellwm or something, none of the themes will do that.
