my question is, how do i get it to run / execute these bash or bang commands or whatever it is you call them here... initialation strings maybe

You can execute a bang a variety of ways, depending on how you want the executed (oddly enough).

If you are just talking about variables then provided you gave the variable the right name then the module associated with it will automatically use it.

If something isn't working, perhaps you should show us some code?

You can execute a bang command by typing it into a command box, binding it to a hotkey, assigning it to a shortcut image, telling the desktop module to run it on a click, setting a timer for it, or dragging it from a text editor and dropping it on the vwm. (or any number of other ways)

I've got a similer problem...

I have now officially downloaded ALL the modules in the "downloads" area yes, every single one.
Now I need to know where to put them, and how to install them, I've looked at other topics abou this but still don't understand. I don't necessarily want to install all of them, butI want to know how,

(Also I downloaded the DLL file but I'm not sure I put it in the right area.)

And damnit people...stop bringing back dead threads that are more than a year old. If you don't I will stop letting you see them at all.

ALL of them? What on earth for? As long as you're using OTS2 you don't have to manually download a single module, since LS itself handles that bit...
