um..is it me or do the diff. skins not change the way the windows look..just the taskbar?? every theme i pick looks like im using win98:-/ please help. thank you

im well aware of these other skinning programs but i got litestep to reduce system processes not to use more..which brings me to my next question...does window blinds or any of the others use ANY system processes when in use??

yes windowblinds does use system processes.
