Hi I am new at this and when I download new themes and go into their folders I don't know what to click on so I usually click on "theme" but it asks me what program I want to use for it and I have no idea! Please help I don't know how to install new themes.

What do you mean you "go into their folders"? You should leave the .lsz or .zip that you downloaded as is, don't extract it! In case of .lsz you can probably just doubleclick to install, in case of .zip you should go through the theme installer from the popup menu.
