hi im new to this so im confused how can i get this up and starting can u guys help me

im new too but so far everything is coming along great....well except i cant download anything off this site, am i the only one having this problem???? anywho if you can DL the (omar) version in the download section its under litestep and then download a theme and run the "install theme" command under "start", litestep, change themes. no idea if that helped but good luck.
