Please, could anyone explain me what OTS 2 is? I've used Litestep before, but downloaded it and downloaded a theme. What do you guys mean when you say a theme is OTS 2 compatible?

OTS means open theme standard. The best I can discribe it is OTS is like the format the theme is in. Hard to explain, I would say if you want a better understanding read the docs on it.
