i'm using two monitors with litestep, and i want to disable the multiple desktop feature as when i click anything on the second monitor it makes that desktop jump to the first one, which is very annoying and defeats the purpose of having two monitors to begin with.

so is there a way to disable multiple desktops in litestep? i looked around in the .rc files and couldn't find anything.

disable the vwm module

Read the documentation for the theme you are using. Shift-left click on the desktop, see if it's an option there.

And it is possible to have the VWM work properly with multiple monitors.

I think rabidvwm is the only window manager that works correctly with multiple monitors. Other vwm do funny things.
