evars - config and IvoryEX Thread last updated on 2003-03-01 06:04:46

I hvae some props with this theme. The theme won't use the browser and some of the other programs configed in evars config.
any solution to this problem?

edit the step.rc so it does?

use quotes! everywhere!

when the step.rc says:
$Browser$
change it to
"$Browser$"

or just use hardcoded paths in the step.rc :)

hmm..tried to look in step and evars...all have those " " but it stil won't work

sounds like you should read the README.TXT file which probably came with the theme. most good ones do, when you have to do some editing

tosse-dansker. Try removing every space in the evars and make the paths "dos-like" eg: browser "c:\progra~1\intern~1\iexplore.exe". It worked for me, when my evars were out of function.
