hey, is there anyone out there with a soundblaster audigy (1 or 2 or 2ex, shouldn't matter)? then you probably have the drivers and software installed, including surround mixer.

now when i'm trying to get this damn app launched by a shortcut or a skinbox, it won't start, no matter how the path is given (evar, direct path, .lnk file)... if i remember correctly, it also used to be the same with sb 1024... (besides, it works from the popup menu).

there's no reason for this i can ever think of... argh.
so maybe does anyone know about this?

edit: censorship, what a scandale! well, you can assume what damn means... and it serves this app right :P

what if you use !execute? Shouldn't make the slightest difference, but who knows...

huh? i feel a bit strange now...

i swear it did not work. tried the path. tried a self-created .lnk file. tried the .lnk file from the start menu. tried everything, but nothing ever happened.
then tried !execute. it works. tried without !execute. works either.

now it's fine... ?:| ... dunno why ... makes me doubtful of myself ... i'm even more confused than before ... well whatever, thank you anyways :)

i just found out about it:

a) did you know there is a difference between the directory names "fils" and "files"? ... well now you know ^^

b) i forgot i recently had to reinstall windows and installed the drivers in another path than before...

f***, so stupid. i should be crucified!
