Some Questions Before Installing LS Thread last updated on 2004-01-22 08:38:41

Well, ive read some stuff on the web about it for some time now, and I'm thinking about trying it out. So I have a few questions.

How will it run on WinXP? Most sites/guides I've read don't talk about it.

Is it possible to make LS run for only one user on my computer?

I'm quite comfortable with computers, but I have no coding experience whatsoever. I don't have any syntax knowledge. I do however have some limited experience with command line utils and MSDOS. I don't mind reading a lot of documentation and playing with stuff though. Is configuring LS through txt files really complicated?

Thanks in advance :)

Many use Litestep on WinXP and say it works wonderfully.
When I started with LS I had very little knowledge about coding, but I didn't realy use need it that much untill I got to playing with some settings and moduals. As always read the documentation it can only help. Dont know about the single user bit though.

by default, omar's litestep installer only installs for a single user

Thanks for the replies. I forgot ask, does LiteStep use a lot of disk space?
