Could someone please make a Windows XP luna theme for litestep (silver theme) with taskbar and start menu?

I don't think any shell can look and feel like explorer as well as explorer already does. I don't think anyone would bother to make such a theme.

i have windows 98 second edition, i just the windows xp theme for it, is this asking too much???

basically...yes. If you want the XP look download windowblinds and load the skin.
