can taskbar3 go transparent?

like have

TaskbarNormalSkinCenter,TaskbarNormalSkinLeft,TaskbarNormalSkinRight

have some FF00FF and show thru to the TaskbarSkinCenter

or another png?

really what i want is just to have a bgbar.png and then have the taskbar show thru and display that bg bar.

You could put it into an lsbox and use lsbox' transparency features.
