there are several themes ive downloaded and installed to no avail i downloaded the theme installer in the downloads section and its telling me its not ots2 compatible cuz its missing some file or another. is there any way this could be remedied?
the new
litestep installer should be able to handle ots1 and ots2 themes, but if the theme is neither of those, you will have to
convert it manually.

hummm i just realized that i do have this version. the themes im trying to install seem not to have theme.rc
ERROR: root directory of theme does not contain theme.rc, exiting
what would i do in that case?
that tells me that you have the older version of the same installer.

mehhhh so i downloaded that new version and its still giving me all that. oh well of the 10 themes ive installed only the one that came with litestep and rhodiumedge work all the others are missing that theme.rc file i guess ill stick with rhodium

ps. getting this new version did help me in other ways though thaks :)
Use the Theme Installer that is already included in the LS Installer. It can also load OTSv1 themes. But don't extract them manually.
