Im using the newest version of Litestep on my XP machine with SP1. I tried to access the desktop via tightvnc server, it connects but doesn't display anything (no wallpaper, theme or context menus) except my cursor, which doesn't move. Anyone else tried this out?

no idea but if you don't mind trying a different program check out realvnc... it's worked for me in XP with and without litestep... only complaint about it is there's no quick shortcut to minimize it so I have to switch to another virtual desktop to close/minimze it but it's not that big of a deal... sorry I didn't answer your question but hopefully that will help you get what you need to do done

This happens to me sometimes if the remote machine is displaying the logon screen. That's not an LS problem though, the remote machine doesn't even run LS.

Yeah it turned out to be the login screen, thanks guys.
