i know that there is already a longhorn theme out there. but when i try to download it..it never works on my computer. can someone please tell me what is wrong..or make another theme?

Well, uhhh... "my computer is broken, can you tell me how i can fix it"? You need to at least say what happens and what error messages you get (if any). :) OS and LS Build/Installer would also help I guess.
