Right, took out the line about loading step.rc 10 million times over, and the little right click menu comes up and works (yay), but the rhs of the damn thing is chopped off.
Also I had to move the user.rc file into the thmeme folder cos it wouldn't load from in the personal folder :S

This is really hard!

The right hand side of your popup is cut off? You have your popup set to a width of 150. Is it possible your popup1.bmp - popup5.bmp files are wider than 150 pixels?
