hi im a n00b, can someone tell me how to use wndman.dll?

if someone just has a script or whatever that would be helpful. i just want to make things transparent

Try apptrans; it's friendlier.
I guess the simplest way to use it is having its bang bound to a hotkey--I don't know if it suffers from not working when having litestep focused (like if you had the bang bound to a shortcut instead).
