Hi everyone. I\\\'m sure that somewhere on thisinternet there must be a pdf which tells me from scratch how to make a litestep theme. Can someone please tell me where it is :)

This got me started, but keep in mind this is a very old tutorial and you will want to refer to the OTS documentation and a current theme (such as austerity) to make sure your theme will work.
