Im currntly running 2 17' moniters @ 1024x768 res and i have found not a single litestep theme that will work with my hydravision =/ the theme(s) images/bmps are scattered all over my desktops =/ Anyone know of anything i can do or any themes i can download that will allow me to enjoy litestep ?

that really depends on how the monitors are placed... if you have your primary monitor on the left, most (although not all) themes should work. also, any theme that loads modules only into lsboxes should work with any multimonitor setup, although you wont be able to move the boxes to any monitor besides your primary one.

Alright ill give it a shot i really appreicate the help =) ill get back to you and see if this works :

EDIT: I tried your idea doy and ill show u the results ....

as you can see the theme seems to be bleeding over to the other moniter, i tried manually changing some of the shortcut/bmp(s) x/y positions and had no change whats so ever =/

you just edited the wrong shortcut positions. basically conver t those shortcuts over to positive numbers and you'll be fine.

Thats what i tried and it had no effect at all =/

edit: got the shortcuts corrected so the theme is no longer scrambled all over the two moniters =) but still have no popup on the 2nd moniter and funky VWM controls... hard to explain but the 2nd moniter acts kinda like a mirror on my 2vw but changes to the 2vw on the 1st moniter when u preform an action on it this theme does check and just if/else statments for certain resolution . Do you think that the theme may be detecting just 1 moniter res and not adjusting the vwm & popup to not add in the extra extended desktop?

about the popup not appearing on the second monitor - make sure you are using jdesk-0.711, and set up your second monitor (look through the jdesk docs, it explains it). this may fix the vwm problems, but im not positive about that. if the theme you are using isnt currently using jdesk-0.711, you will have to make some changes to the theme, since the syntax is different between it and jdesk-0.70 and desktop2-2.0

only think left now is the VW problem =/ thanks alot for the help doy i have no idea how to change the vw settings though to correct this issue =/

you could have used Desktop2 to handle the second monitor...you just needed to give it a DesktopArea but no difference. As for the VWM...which VWM is it? I think Rabid is the only one that really figured out how to do the second display VWM well and it is covered in the docs.

Thanks for the tip devilboi rabidvwm understands the dual moniters much better =) only problem is the VWMAlwaysOnTop feature isnt working with my bottombar.bmp my poor vwm is stuck hiding under it =/

change your module load order.

or use zorder.dll

I haven't seen you screenshot, but I would recommend avoiding overlaping your theme elements. If both elements are set to alwaysontop then it will get confusing.
