Can't litestep include skinning windows feature as windowblinds
IMHO if this achived ls will simply be the only solution for complete customisation

if it cannot be included into the core of Ls can it be included as module
by this way its also a module idea ...

Not again please. There are several other threads on this already. In a nutshell, an LS module could never come close to dedicated programs such as windowblinds or ShellWM.

or for that matter, the built in xp skinning function, using a hacked uxtheme.dll to allow user made styles (:

As much as I feel your (the devs) pain with questions like these, I feel I could point out that there are (I think) or there could be a module that interfaces with windowsblinds, so you could just get both and use LS stuff to control it.

the only "controls" you could have from LS is changing themes which is somewhat of a visual thing that the Control Panel already takes care of quite nicely.

or the theme installer.

litestep installer 3 comes with a hand app to install themes when you double click.
and, if the theme archive contains anything like wallpapers, winamp skins, or windowblinds themes - they'll be applied too (or so i hear)

LSTS can install windowblinds skins. I don't think I've ever seen anyone using that feature.

I actually did but its no big deal because I don't change themes. :)

well i have seen a windows blinds theme that went with a LiteStep theme. I could see it being useful.
