Greets.

Just installed Windows 2003 Server: Standard, and got litestep working.. Everything works perfectly except for two things..

1) during the boot process, litestep hangs. Every time. I have to use the ctrl-shift-esc to kill the process (which is at around 97% cpu usage) then run litestep.exe again.. then everything works fine.

...until...

2) when I try to recycle, litestep hangs. Same deal as above.

Anyone ever circumvented this issue with 2003?

sounds like you have a module that doesn't like Win2K3. Start with standard troubleshooting techniques and report back soldier. *salute*

honed it down to RabidVWM - don't know why it didn't occur to me in the first place to employ standard troubleshooting techniques lol.. been smokin too much i guess ;) thanks..

Which version? Just out of curiosity. I know 1.01 was having this issue on a few XP machines. But it was corrected in 1.1.1.

It was v1.01.

I e-mailed the J-man and he suggested 1.1.1, it fixed the problem :)

Everything works perfectly with 2003 now :)
