a lot of themes i am seeing have skinned window bars..

are these just xp skins.. using stylexp.. or some other third party program..

Or is there a module that will let you skin title bars and what not?

i think its just stylexp or wb, i dont know of any modules that do that

its either WindowBlinds...StyleXP...or ShellWM...everything else has pretty much fallen to the wayside.
