I am having trouble typing in the lsxcommands. Everytime I try to access themeevars.rc it tells me it cannot access the file. I have just recently jumped into Litestep and need a little guidance.

the file should be in $configdir$... make sure you are specifying the entire path... i believe that it is also in the default popup menu under litestep -> config

open notepad.exe (or your favourite text-editor) and then browse to $ConfigDir$ and open themevars.rc. That's about as difficult as it gets ;)
