Ok I've managed to fixed the problem I had from this thread i started (thx)

The main problem was i couldn't get some modules by using the downloader it has, how do i download them manually?
i need desktop2, hotkey, popup2, shortcut2. I can't seem to find them in the downloads section of the site.

change the module names to desktop2-2.0...popup2-2.0...etc. Also...Hotkey won't work with OTS2 themes...so just remove it.
