I downloaded a theme.. and it has a step.rc instead of a theme.rc

so i tried to rename it to theme.rc... and it wont load the theme anymore.. it just hangs?

please explain.. and fix if you could.

I looked around in the config files for any links to step.rc... but i found none.

put it back to step.rc...that means it is an OTS1 theme and the installer needs step.rc to make it go

Use the Theme Installer to setup OTS1 themes, don't extract them manually.
