There needs to be a way to search by rating. I'm tired of looking at crappy themes. It takes too long to load.

I disagree. I often find many themes lacking in comments (or with bad ones :)) to be to my liking, and can't see why people like some of these themes that get nothing but rave comments, even though the theme does nothing but get in my way. A generic rating wouldn't help.

There are about 20 threads on why this site will not have ratings and it is even discussed again in the latest news post. No you can't have public ratings...end of discussion.
