I'm using a theme which required a file named 'desktop2.dll'. When I initially opened the theme it prompted me to download a few files to complete the setup. It downloaded them all properly aside from the desktop2.dll file, which is actually the file that matters. Without this file I cant pop open menus of any kind. My screen is a simple bg picture.

Can anyone help me get a hold of the desktop2.dll file used in the 'UrbanTech2' theme?

Try to change "desktop2" to "desktop2-2.0"
