Who could tell me where i can get the settings of a module, like the parameters to use... if i download a module it doesn't say how to use it... and looking in all the other themes people use the parameters to setup the location of a module or the behavior.

If you downloaded a module manually, usually there are docs in the module archive :)
If you downloaded a module with the theme by NetLoadModule or it is a module pre-installed by LSInstaller/EZ2Intall, look in \LiteStep\modules\docs\
