I have tried to install a lot of new themes, they should be ok for the new OTS2. But I end up with this or a similar error message every time.

theme was not installed

get the updated litestep installer... i think this is happeneing because these are ots1 themes, which werent supported by the original release of the litestep installer

I have the latest litestep installer. And all the themes were marked as updated for this.
But I have given up so far and de installed.
But thanks for the tip.
