Everytime I bootup and login with LiteStep.. all goes well, then this error message pops up.

This is what is says:

Run-time error '91';
Object varible or With block variable not set.

I'm using the .27 RC1, but this also happened with .26
I'm also running XP Pro.

What's the problem?

try disabling some startup items - it might be a software conflict.

yah...could be a piece of software depending on you loading the explorer shell.

i've disabled my startup items one by one.. it still happens?

well.. i think i solved the problem.. i think i fixed it with tweakxp by accident.. but it was a startup app conflict.
