I would like to have a theme with a warf on each side (left and right) and a taskbar at the bottom. I'm looking for something similar to Asten. How would I go about doing it, or would anyone be wiling to make it for me?

to my knowledge there is not a theme designed yet that does it...however...it is possible.

Would you be willing to take on this project, or perhaps someone else?

If you read all the docs at http://lsdocs.shellfront.org you will be able to create it yourself. There might be much text but it's good and usefull reading. You can also start out a little easier with the toturial on http://joeblade.com/litestep/tutorials/theme/index.php . This will teach you to create the things you need and it's not that dificult. This will make you able to customize your theme to be just the way you want it.
