Is there any way to group tasks with similar name under task folder, the way winXP do it. It is a neat and useful ability. Maybe new taskbar module?

the latest taskbar3 supports this.
it's missing many features of the previous version though.

I agree with smurth. it's one of the first things I disabled when I started running xp.

Don't use the available taskbar3 (0.7 alpha 1) since it has many bug. Due to me being lazy, I haven't gone through releasing the alpha 2, but things get a lot better with that one. I guess this thread will give me some courage on working on it. I'll keep you posted.

Taskbar grouping is one thing I used every day and a great shell like Litestep shouldn't be without it, it can even be expanded, like grouping different tasks just by drag and drop... If someone doesen't use it, it does not mean that other people should not use it too. Like deuce said, disable it if you don't need it...
