I've been trying to find the right them for my pc. I chose Remission, and it has everything I want, except for Geekamp. I need to find out how to add it to my theme as well as adding the Win Key as the menu hotkey to my settings. Also if anyone can help me with ICO to PNG, that would be awesome.

you can just load geekamp, all it does is provide access to a few bangs to control winamp. you can either assign those bangs to hotkeys, or use shortcuts to activate them (like most themes do) or any other way you want.
