This may have been covered or is in the process...so ignore this if thats the case...
Redesign the windowed interface...each window still has that big blue ugly bar on the top and three annoying boxes on the right, step these up to match the tool bar, and general interface, and you'll have changed the look of basically the whole shell...
Just my two cented request.
