OK, I just installed Litestep and it looks like I'll be using this forum a lot. First question, how can open the command line for Litestep where I can type in the bang commands? I mean I see it in the modules folder [lsxcommand-1.8.4.dll] but how do I load it?
if you would look in the readme, it defaults to CTRL+SHIFT+X
and i would suggest that you read through the readme before asking anymore questions, or some other people here might get upset
Typical response from someone who never gets up from behind the screen. It's responses and attitudes like this that makes people hate helpdesks. By the way I tried your keyboard hotkey combo and it doesn't work.
it will only work if the hotkey is set and lsxcommand is actually loaded.
if your theme uses lsxcommand, edit your hotkey.rc in litestep\personal\ and add a line like this:
*Hotkey CTRL+SHIFT X !focuscommand
It's all theme dependent. Read your theme's readme for info.
@stevebri, What do you mean by typical response? He answered the question and give a good sugestion for him before asking questions in the forum. Otherwise we would have too many repeated questions! And litestep is for people that like to read 1st and ask later.
@Ilushka, try searching the forum and read the modules/theme docs before asking. And welcome to the LiteStep community!
