Question

This is very tricky, I don´t think there will be a solution on this but if someone have it I´ll would be so happy.

I´ve got an Dell laptop (Dell Inspiron 8600) and the sound buttons I use to change the soundlevel or mute doesen´t work. When I use explorer everything is fine, both in Windows and in games, but when I use LiteStep, the volummeter is showing but noting happens. It just shows up no more. Another funny thing is that when I press the mute button my character in the game strafes to the left. =)

All I can make of this is that explorer handle the keyboard differently than LiteStep, or that LiteStep are monitoring the key´s in some way and doesen´t understand what to do when I press one of those buttons.

There is no need for drivers in Windows when I wan´t to change the volyme. No info in the forums either.

What can I do? Someone thinking they have some info, please post, mabey I can dig some deeper.

No info in the forums either.

that's where ur wrong. this has been discussed over the forums many times for example HERE.
btw, now that we have ots2, jkey is the default hotkey module, so no need of replacing modules, just add the neccessary lines to your hotkeys.rc ;)
