Question

I´m using "LiteStep 0.24.7 Beta 4" and "Windows XP Pro".
I´ve got this problem, when I move a windows, no mather what kind of window, over the icons they get screw up, I have no clue about this, I´ve made some googling and checked every FAQ I could find, on this site and som others.

The only way to get them visable is to move the window over again, really slow, or recycle LiteStep.

So, is this a normal known feature or is it just me?

move a window over what icons? the icons on the desktop? if that's so, then I'm assuming icondesk isn't refreshing correctly. you can manually do it by doing a !IconDeskUpdate, but I'm not sure how to up the icondesk refresh rate.

well, can't say much without important information like the module's name, version etc.

Installed LiteStep on a third computer. But on that computer everything works just fine. So it got to be something on my comp. Wonder...

Here is a pic of it anyway:

how odd...

please ensure that you bring module bug reports to the attention of the module's author, otherwise they will never be fixed. :|

if you've already done so, i'm sorry. unfortunately most people do not take this sensible step.

the module is IconDesk, it's author (as documented in the readme) is Erik. :)

oh, one other thing: if you're not using the latest version of IconDesk (o.66 is the latest right now) you might want to try upgrading to that first. Just search for any line in any .rc file of the theme that contains 'icondesk-' and make sure it's 'icondesk-0.66'.

If you used v3.0.1 of the LiteStep Installer you're using v0.65 of IconDesk.
