I recently upgraded to the newest version of litestep & the new theme is causing some teething problems.

Some key items for me just don't seem to be working as they should.

Although this:-
*Desktop MButton !PopupTasks
is in my themevars.rc - it doesn't call up the task list.
It used to work under the old version, soI'd assume it's not just my mouse.

Virtual desktops - cant seem how to configure four of them in place of the new three setting.
Also these directives:-
*Hotkey Win 1 !VWMDesk 1
*Hotkey Win 2 !VWMDesk 2
*Hotkey Win 3 !VWMDesk 3
In my hotkeys.rc won't seem to take effect.

One more thing - since I upgraded over the old version the litestep directory structure has got a bit messy - anyone know of some docs that detail which folders what, so I can work out whats redundant now.

the new ls installer is not backwards compatible. you should have installed it in a new folder. also austerity doesnt use desktop2, but jdesk.
