I got Sage (Phar0e... well, you know...) but it doesn't load...
I got just the wallpaper without any shell. I looked for the step.rc but there was not one and, instead, there was theme.rc .

Renaming it into step.rc gives me errors 'bout not defined variables (like ThemeDir).

I really can't understand, can someone help me?

Before someone bites your head off I suggest you read the documentation regarding the OTS2 standard. First off, You'll find that the old step.rc is now called theme.rc for all themes. There are a number of other differences to learn about too so get readin...
