Hi, I'm trying to fly LS. A question that came to my mind: are the right click menus on shortcuts (eg on the desktop) not part of the shell? What I mean is this: LS is a shell replacement, though it doesn't replace things like that. Instead the known windows menu appears right clicking an icon. Isn't that part of the shell too? I'm probably missing some insight here, so any enlightenment would be welcome. :)

regards,
rafc

LS does replace the desktop. But a lot of people wanted the normal explorer style desktop icons, so a module was written to have those icons (and r-click menus) under Litestep. If you do not like them, you can unload the module.

hehe, usually people don't like that everything they were familiar with is gone... rafc doesn't like that something is still similar :D
