Error on loading a new theme Thread last updated on 2003-10-28 14:11:21

Hello i use LiteStep in my office but now i would like to change themes.
I download them and i try to install with menu:
LiteStep->ChangeTheme->InstallTheme
Unfortunally it gives me the following error 9/10 themes i try to install...
"The Theme could not be installed. Would you like to view the log to see what went wrong?"
If i click "Yes" or "no" the dialog box disappears but nothing about log...
Any idea??

I get the same but usually it's more like 2 out of 3. It's probably because they're not OTS2 compliant.

nathanvi: what happens when you double click on a .log file from explorer (the file manager)?

and what happens if you double click on a .txt file? (i.e. what is the default text editor?)

hybridweb: so if there are not OTS2 compliant... What can i do if i want to install a new theme? I can install just 1/10 theme...
omar: when i double click on .txt or .log file i obtain my notepad as default text editor...
Any idea?
