if i create another account on my computer(OS:Windows 98) say the new account is called "Litestep" can i log on to that and it will be litestep and if i log on to my origional account it will be normal not litestep?

no...but you can use a shell manager.

win9x doesn't support multiple shells like that. to do what you want, you would need to install winNT, win2k or winXP.
