Hi@all!

I've installed the ez2install3.1_1-69.zip and use the Connection Style.

The Style support up to 4 vd (virtual desktops) and i want to change them on clicking CRTL+ALT 1 to 4.

I found these lines in the theme.rc
*Shortcut "Workspace 4" 223 -31 vw4but.bmp vw4but2.bmp vw4but2.bmp #8TH !VWMDesk 3

Then i tried to define the Hotkeys like this
*Hotkey CTRL+ALT 1 !VMDesk 0

But that doesn't work. Please help me!

Got some ideas to get that going?

I have installed litestep today, so i'm a noob. I'm from Austria so don't wonder if my english is bad.

*Hotkey CTRL+ALT 1 !VWMDesk 1

i think...

oh, was my fault, but that doesn't work too!
normally this should work.

Must i do some extra configuration for using hotkeys?

Hm, do any hotkeys work? Make sure you're loading a hotkey module in personal.rc (and if it's jdesk, make sure you have jKeyUseHotkeyDef in there)

Otherwise I don't see why the line Egonz has quoted wouldn't work.

no hotkey works

hmm, no i can't find that in there.
if i write it like this, no hotkey works:
*jkeyusehokeydef "c:\litestep\personal\hotkey.rc"

just fyi (since I use different hotkeys for my vwm) I WAS using jkey (I just switched to hotkey), and the above hotkey didn't work. and yes, I did have jKeyUseHotKeyDef set. however, it does work now using hotkey.dll

deuce: works for me. :/
DHone: That's not how you use it:
*NetLoadModule jkey-0.37
jKeyVKTable "$PersonalDir$jkey\vk104.txt"
jKeyUseHotkeyDef

I don't know where you're getting your syntax from, but there should be documentation with the module.
