Are there any themes out for gaming centers?
I'm thinking of something where it's easy to find programs and games, and will lock cmd.exe and all options that might change anything with the system. If there is, a name or an url would be appriciated.

nothing done up already...but you could create one very easily for yourself. you will also need some other external apps to disable things like Ctrl+Alt+Del and Ctrl+Shift+Esc.

iirc you can use policies to disable ctrl-alt-del and the like.
